Depends on the cargo really. An acquaintance of mine has one and it looks great for his baby-carrying duties.
Yeah well speaking from experience the kids get bigger... Quickly.
It's also basically the exact same size and shape as a long John, but with a giant bendy wheel up front, no cargo box and a tube over the top of the cargo area.
Here's what I managed over the weekend. 250 lbs of wet hay to the local dump. Then two kiddos. Then groceries.
