My son had one of these on his early Sirrus, you might want to measure the width as these Body Geometry saddles were 143 or 155mm, it looks like a 155 though.

Potentially a Sonoma BG might not be far off, has the width but not a gel version, if I had to recommend something that would give same/similar comfort then a Madison G12 is your best bet, possibly the G100 is the modern variant of it.
