The Aftershokz are brilliant (I have the Aeropex) - there's nothing to become uncomfortable, sweaty and fall out of your ears, there's nothing to snag on our clothes, and none of that annoying bounce noise that you get from wireless in-ear headphones that join behind your head.
The fact that you can hear other things is pretty useful too, although you can always use foam lugs if you want to blot the world out (they're brilliant for DIY too, as you can have ear plugs and music at the same time).
