So I made a colossal error, in my haste to buy a dynamo hub I asked for sales advice re which hub to get, and was advised over the phone the QR type when I needed the Thru Axle version!
It wasn't apparent until picking up the wheel for collection as I had all the parts boxed up and sent straight to the bike shop.
I now need to cut my losses as the distributor won't do a refund and I need to rebuy parts to build it up correct
All parts as new and receipted so hopefully covered by most warranties
Specs -
H Plus Son Hydra Tubeless Disc Rim (20mm internal rim for 25mm up to 50mm+ tyres)
28x Sapim CX Ray Spokes, brass nipples
Son 28 QR Black Dynamo
Rim taped (non tubeless tape atm)
2 QRs supplied
Wasn't sure how to price this, but a line produced Hunt front dynamo wheel goes for £470, lets say £sold collected? (SE26)
Leaving for Scotland late on Mon 7th June - so pickup soon very much preferred, otherwise collection may be possible from parents/will be around London for a small window of mid July
