Anyone suffered from a constant dull awareness of their IT band? I've had IT band issues in the past and have worked to correct it, built strength in posterior chain and improved mobility. I don't often get pain now when exercising but can always just feel the outside edge of my knee. Not even an ache, it's just like it's there.
Will seek out advice of a professional post-isolation but in the meantime, anyone had this?
