Do you mean Taxal Moor Road? That’s not closing. If you mean the logging roads above Fernilee reservoir, they’re officially out of bounds but they get ridden loads without anybody getting any hassle.

Not sure if you’ll be able to see this map but if not look up Cllr Ruth George on Facebook and she has lots of info about it. There’s a road closure as well as trails closed

Anyone got details of the closure? Been meaning to get over there for a MTB loop. Assume forest road down to taxal would be closed too?
