The tubulars are the same price
You're right, they're not 80mm, but laced to track hubs. I've personally never had any import tax on Ali stuff, pre and post brexit
I'm not saying they're identical, but don't think unbranded carbon rims with novatec hubs are worth 350 considering they're new with shipping for £260 ish
