I generally make square pizzas (pizza bianca on Friday night), I've taken to using a cleaver which works really well... I did try using kitchen shears, didn't enjoy it...
Then again, I throw loads of fresh rocket on it when it comes out of the oven so that makes it a very scissor unfriendly situation...
