    Amusingly, in Germany their 'fun' website name is bumm.de, which stands for Busch Und Muller DE, or something can't quite figure out what the second M stands for. Bumdy!

  • I'd guess that it doesn't stand for anything, but is meant to make the URL easier to remember for Germans. "Bumm" (pronounced with an 'oo' as in 'took') is the German equivalent of 'boom' as onomatopoeic for an explosive sound (but can also indicate a percussive sound).
