U.S. Army has been using commercial flashcard apps to train troops in very specific details of the security of nuclear weapons installations. This involved uploading questions like "How many missile vaults are there at the Volkel base?" - and their answers - to the data systems of those commercial apps. Which would be a major security fail even if those questions and answers weren't publicly searchable. They mostly are publicly searchable, though.
