depends on what you want to do:
road riding mainly? there's the RSV Heidelberg: https://rsv-heidelberg.de/
for mountainbiking there are several weekly meetups that i can recommend, if you like trail riding and more difficult terrain.
for more xc-ish mountainbiking i don't know of any dedicated club or group.
for gravel riding there are several strava groups etc. or i can give you some tips for routes.
until now i did the gravel riding around here mostly with friends or alone, no club or such for that.
(there's the flare bike festival though once a year and the votec gravel fondo) -

but yes for gravel riding its superb around here, road cycling is also great, but some times its hard to find quiet roads with not much traffic. but once you're off the main road along the neckar, things tend to be quieter.
I have just moved from London to SW Germany and (once my bike arrives) I am looking for new routes, cycling buddies and/or clubs to join. Given the local scenery in the Rhine/Neckar valleys I’m sure there is some great riding to be had. Seems like a long shot but if anyone has any tips or advice on the above I would be super grateful!
