So far so good. It seems to have solved a slew of Bluetooth issues that I had, mainly when pairing with my car. Not conclusive yet, but it seems positive and I know there have been changes to the BT stack in A12.
Only bug I've seen has been a lock up when chromecasting, which happened twice in a row but only once, if you see what I mean. I had to do a forced reboot the first time, the second time I realised I could stop the cast and the phone came back. Annoying but not a deal breaker.
Everything else is stable so far. The design changes are goofy but growing on me. Things seem nippier than A11.
All in all, I'd recommend it if you are able to get on the beta and like to be on the latest and greatest.
I've put the Android 12 beta on my Pixel 4a 5G.
