I previously used this service with ok bordering on good results.
Took a day off work to be at home for a collection at any time between 0800-1800 today. Guess who never showed the fuck up? Not only that, I got a call at 3:30 by one of their reps to reschedule the collection because their courier registered a failed collection attempt! Of course, Graeme professionally promised to investigate and call me back, and of course Graeme, idiot, never did.
Earliest day their online booking system lets me do is now Thursday: guess who won’t be available? I now have to find someone who can be around their house all day so I can send off a pair of carbon wheels, and hope the buyer doesn’t pull out.
Avoid. Lying pos courier and dumbfuck company that can’t sort itself out.
