No joy. Locked up on fence outside a clinic with a kryptonite lock. On some fences it says bike will be removed. Spoke to the estate manager. He says they hardly never remove bikes of fences...and there is almost no cctv in this area. He showed me. If I had known all this before, I could have left my bike in a safer place.

You got careless. You can't just park your bike unattended for any length of time.
There's plenty of private CCTV on Wimpole. Investigate.
