Everton will also lose to city.

World Cup could be every two years. So less meaningless international friendlies and more in season qualifiers to add to an already congested calendar. Surely the Euros will follow to fill the off year gaps to ensure an endless season from club to country and back again.

That Gary Neville interview with Harry Kane. Don’t think I’ve ever seen anything like it before. Not the same treatment Raheem Sterling got a few years ago when he said he wanted to leave Liverpool.

You'll never walk away... Etc...
Three points please, lads, then let's get yentzing... Gonna be difficult not to watch Ingerlund at the Euros now there are a few decent young blues in the side, shame that, it will definitely spoil my enjoyment of the tournament...

3 points today but still another week to go before yentzing season proper starts. I’d say City are favourites but you never know…

Leicester fucking robbed by VAR today. Kane handles the ball in the build up, but the goal is given. Levy must've bunged the FA a few million.

Thankyou tottenham.....pass the bleach.
-
• #156562
What strange world are we living in where Liverpool are the only ones to jot wet the bed?

What a great day of football
-
• #156564
Surprised Kane doesn't want to stick around to play in the UEFA Conference.

Well Liverpool to book open top bus for 3rd place and media to name them team of the year.
Leicester and Chelsea should have wrapped up 3rd and 4th but both teams dropped points.
-
• #156566
happy with the 3rd place trophy after the season we've had, thought we were well out of the top 4 at one stage
so long winny, class act for the time he's been at liverpool, important goals and an ever present, you'll be missed sir
bring on pre season

Feel bad for Leicester, at least they’ve got the FA cup to cuddle.

Great final day to the season, however I’m still fuming about the ESL fiasco. In a parallel universe where I ruled and dish out punishment..
The guilty six all immediately relegated from the Premier League with three year exclusion from European and domestic cup competition.
Leicester, West Ham, Everton, Leeds all qualify for Champions League, Aston Villa qualify for Europa League.
Fulham, West Brom, Sheffield U avoid relegation
Norwich, Watford, Brentford, Swansea, Barnsley, Bournemouth all promoted to Premier League.
That’ll learn ‘em..

I'm just relieved we didn't break any 'worst title defence' records!

• #156570
just glad our fans got to see the premier league champions play in front of them for the first time, at anfield today
worth the wait

• #156571
City were playing at The Etihad, ex-Champions Liverpool were playing at Anfield.

Good couple of results to finish the season and good to see Jack playing the full match. Shame he was missing for so long - really screwed our season. Looking forward to next season already.

Thankyou tottenham
Feels horrible to say this but if any team is going to do us a favour it might as well be them.
Not a great way to prep for a CL final. Hopefully Mendy and Kante will be fit to start.

Absolute joke not to bring it back for the handball. Wasn't too convinced by Vardy's second time hitting the deck in the box.

Gutted for Leicester. Brendan Rodgers teams seem to have a capacity for choking after a season of good football.
Leicester and West Ham went right off the boil when it mattered this season.
has to be right. I mean it just has to be. wolves have had a shockingly poor season mind.
