What’s with this trend for cyclists DNF, getting ill or crashing on their birthday?
Cavendish today.

Cavendish was a DNF yesterday, not today. He was struggling from the outset, was last on the first stage and second last on the second.

As a kid I always seemed to crash on my birthday. I assume it's something to do with excitement (and/or excess sugary treats)
