Windowless bathroom nibbled out of master bedroom, long thin bedroom 3 where bath room now is. Bed 2 / bed 3 internal wall in line with edge of outrigger.

There's currently a lot of wasted space in the bathroom (inc. a fireplace?)
But if you got rid of the fireplace, how would you heat the bathwater?

Help - I need some ideas on how to reconfigure our first floor to fit in another bedroom. There's currently a lot of wasted space in the bathroom (inc. a fireplace?), the landing leading to the bathroom and the master bedroom is currently only occupied by a 6 year old and Lego.
Ideally we'd want a smaller bathroom and utilize the space for another room, but in my head I can't quite work it out. Not enough funds for an extension or loft conversion :/
