Hello guys, I am looking to buy my first computer for cycling, not sure which model I need, but thinking something like 1030, 830, or maybe even wahoo bolt/roam

The model you want depends on what is your intended usage and what features you require or think that you require?
1. maps?
2. touch screen?
3. etc etc

Similarly, I'm hunting for a bike computer too and just jumping on this thread. Looking for one with decent navigation capabilities through cities, ideally with decent battery-life left

Unless pre loading a gpx file to navigate through cities you are best using your phone.

On device routing on most cycle computers is poor and that is being generous.
