My local council has not granted permission either.

They also have, conveniently, a PSPO on the park, so that anyone doing organised runs can be prosecuted.

Where are you seeing the list of which ones weren't approved?

Not really a fan of parkrun, like running on my own, but would like to see it back for all the people who enjoy it, and it's great for keeping the local cafes going.

Edit found it, not on the approved list. Question asked.
