That's helpful - thanks. I'm running a Deda Murex stem, which has a removable plate, but underneath, rather than face-on.
I have a deda murex and it is printed with 12-14nm on the removable part of the clamp. Take that as a maximum - carbon bars would usually come with instructions giving a limit, that amount of torque would likely damage them.
Right answer - had a look and it was printed there all along. Thank you!
