That's a different set.
If the outer cables say "Maximum smoothness" - they're the newer (more expensive) 12s gear cables, both the inners and outers have changed and will provide improved shifting over the 11s version you're referring to in the link.
These are the new 12s cables (gear only):

The brake cables have remained the same and will state "Ultra low friction".
You can use the Maximum smoothness cable set on both 12s and 11s drivetrains.
