My main enjoyment of <2015 Volvos is you simply need a torx 20/25 and you can take the entire thing apart!
That and an eBay sourced VIDA you can have dealer diagnostics that give you step by step on every single repair. Alas they cease to work with the SPA platform and moved it all to the cloud. Sigh, £££, etc.

I have a V70 and love it. I'm not really a "car person" so that's just based on the practical nature of it rather than how it drives or anything like that. Perfect for chucking bikes in the back of, comfortable and my 2 litre diesel does around 45mpg on average, a mix of city driving, country roads and motorway.
