Campagnolo track cranks... I think???

Can anyone provide me any information on these cranks?
I know they're Campagnolo and 172.5mm length, but after that, who knows?
I'm trying to remember how I got them. I think they came on a frame and got swapped off.
They look like track, and that would make sense with the frames I owned at the time.
I've got no idea what level of Campagnoloness they are and what they might be worth.
Probably gonna go on eBay. Anything that could help my description, would be good.

There is a thread in Bikes and Bits for this question, but I am 99% sure that they're C Record Track, presumably from 1994, and worth quite a few pennies.
