I believe that this frame has had a very spotted forum history. Offered to the next rube who thinks they can do something with it! Collect in Tooting.
WHAT:
57 square Ambrosio Stelvio monostay frame - alu/carbon with mucked about dropouts.
Carbon fork 1” alu steerer.
short china carbon seatpost.
SMP carbon copy (lol) that has been sanded.
BUT:
1) The grub screws for the seatpost are stuck. Option to drill them out or angle grind and reshape the aluminium casting (and use a collar).
2) The dropouts have been hacksawed but you can get a wheel in straight and, after locating a mech hanger I reckon fashioning a plate for the NDS dropout will make any problems there go away.
The frame is solid and wear is all to the aluminium (wheel rub because dropouts were nadgered I guess).
My plan was to fill and rattlecan and ride as a single speed carbon fibred eyesore for lols but life. too. short. and I got a sweet Cannondale beater for that purpose last month, instead. So this must go.
