First swim in ages today = arms weak and technique lacking. Lungs felt ok and tumble turns still worked so positives to build on.
Larking around after a short set (me & partner do 50/50 proper swim / kid swim) chasing daughter I always swim Fly for the splash effect... think I've torn some chest muscles, had to stand at pool wall for last 10 mins so whilst daughter practiced handstands. Running & MTB double tomorrow could be interesting.
