Just edited my prior post about that. Didn’t get a good vibe. Basically told me to come back another time because they were too busy for me to even tell them about what I wanted.

You’re talking about the antique watch centre. Run by Jonathan who is a 3rd generation watch maker, his father still occasionally helps out, its a proper family business. He is excellent at repair and knows his vintage pieces. I agree their on-counter customer service is very poor though, the women usually serving don’t have any passion or much interest in watches.
Still, you’ll get a good repair / watch service.

There's a vintage watch shop opposite too, dunno if it's open right now but it always had nice things in the window.
