Well it is going well /sarc
Now, 1/10 may not result in 1/10 actually leaving, and it is just one survey, but even if it is 1/100 that is a lot of people... note we would have left if it wasn't for my son (sorry TGR :P )
Note that people with higher incomes are more likely to leave, which is sorta duh, cos they can.
Younger lower income women are less likely to leave.
Rebuilding trust is going to be nearly impossible unless the HO gets an overhaul, but pigs can fly and all that.
