Younger lower income women are less likely to leave.
Rebuilding trust is going to be nearly impossible unless the HO gets an overhaul, but pigs can fly and all that.
In all honesty, I would have left this place years ago if it wasn’t for family ties. We have relations in Oz and that destination appealed but almost anywhere appeals!
