I’ve used bag bnb type services in lots of European cities. Normally same shops that offer click n collect parcel services. Cheap, easy and secure.

I'd give Inverness Youth Hostel a call to check; it's a friendly place with bike storage and other services, they may be keen to store your luggage for a symbolic fee.
