  • I’m not suggesting anybody will get dropped, just that it’ll kill the momentum you normally associate with a lead out.

  • If you can carry momentum into it from the front, then a canny attacker might take the front with his sprinter on his wheel, launch up the hill whilst behind the sprinter let's the gap go, and hope you have enough of a gap to hold off the peloton as it gets organised behind.

    Think it has a very narrow chance of success, but it's possible.
