Modern. It's from 2017. One of 250 limited edition frames. 125 853 and 125 953. Released to celebrate gazelle's 125th year.

The designer and test riders are on here (in this thread) I believe... I commented on the photos of the prototype suggesting that it needed a replaceable rear mech hanger and was rewarded with some free Gazelle caps - my small claim to fame...

Lovely build so far! 28mm tyres? And what shifters do you use?

yep, 28s but actually there is space for bigger

Veloce flat bat shifters but

a) I have no front mech
b) the front shifter is for a triple

It is all a little bit of a crime, it is a lovely frame, but it is nice to ride.

Saw some excellent pics in Facebook today. I would LOVE one of those jerseys!!!

Also, my TVM build is starting to take shape. I'm just about to whip the stem off the 653 to see what length I need on it. 120 I reckon

For sale - my matching pair...!

From 2 x 9 speed to 11 speed groupset with chinese shifters (Sensah). To shift up give a full swing at the top, downwards just a short tick at the bottom. When installing I only needed to align the cog wheels; nothing else

Yeah, it’s nice but a bit too spendy me thinks - if I recall it was on offer as a full build a few months back and seller had a TVM as well…

While you’re here how are you getting on with the 650b gazelle? How’s the braking? Got any recent pictures? I’m thinking of building some rim brake 650b for general project lolz as I want to try on something but they’ll likely end up on the AB with guards and dt shifters…

This is the one I was referring to. I think it's a different seller to the TVM, as it's hadn't got a frame number tag
