Not quite wanker approved, but more functional cheap are Ergotec/Humpert bars. I have the "climber bar" on my 26" functional but probably more sweep than you are after.
Looks like they have 2 bars with 50mm rise with moderate sweep.

What frame is this?

Yep, it’s a stevens frame, run of the mill company over here in Germany. Bought it cheap 2nd hand for the parts it came with, kooka cranks, amp research fork and xtr cantis and wheelset.

i have added this to my private nice bike folder but i cannot in good conscience allow it publicly here, those tyres are not 2" and i has a double

if they are 2" please apply via our appeal process to have the decision overturned
