I have an old TwinSix jersey which fits like a boob-tube. Love it.
Can't confirm what current ones are like though.

Rapha Pro Team feels high cut to me and is designed to be be race tight and also comfortable.

If I am after quite short cycling jerseys, which brands should I be looking at?
I find that the jerseys I have bunch up quite a lot when on the bike.
Looking for something with a racier fit, if thats relevant. Cheers :)
