Ergotec/Humpert Moon Cruiser?
Might be too swept back - maybe hunt through the rest of the offerings to see if there's anything that tickles your pickle. They're good at listing rise/sweep.

Not quite wanker approved, but more functional cheap are Ergotec/Humpert bars. I have the "climber bar" on my 26" functional but probably more sweep than you are after.
Looks like they have 2 bars with 50mm rise with moderate sweep.

Is there a wanker-approved, at least 50 mm rise, not-extremely-swept-back 31.8 handlebar on the cheaps, or should I start stacking spacers under my quill adapter?
Inb4 just get a Nitto bullmoose (I want to get one though)
