I'd love to. Sounds/looks simple but I can't get it there.
Had a go over lunch, from the beginning.
Backed off the high limit, took cable out, aligned outer cage (in low position) with big ring.
Pushed lever to top trim, set tension to align lines, dropped back to low position, pulled tension on to cable and tightened clamp.
Now tightened high limit in order to get cage to move enough to change to big ring, set high limit as per dealer manual.4 cage positions are there, low trim, low, top trim, top (if you go in that order)
Clicking the lever to go from top to top trim, still no movement.

Yes, lines up when in big trim, when going from low to big trim. That's with the tension screw wound in quite far.
Problem is going from big, back down to big trim, cage doesn't move.
Are you suggesting I needed more tension before tightening the cable clamp?
