Zero rake fork?
-
• #17907
looks like it, but I think faggin forks came with a little bit of rake, about 20mm???. btw the photo makes it look waaay nicer than it is in real life, the chain is made from bits of other chains, the headset rattles on every bump, there was a seatpost stuck in it for several months before the owner extracted it with brute force, ghetto conversion rearwheel with DT Swiss hub

What year (approximately) was that? Mine from 1980 (rip) was Columbus SL with a raked fork and lugged construction. It deserved better treatment than I gave it…

I honestly don't know as I'm not the owner, this thing was a mystery ebay kleinanzeigen find with very questionable parts fitted.

Work bike got nicked so emptied the parts bin to make something unnickable

Think this is how it’s going to stay for a while. Time fork fitted which means I can fit a 25 instead of a 20 on the front wheel, so much more comfortable now! Shame to lose the chrome fork but kind of like this.

Other than hanging on the wall that’s likely the safest option for those frames.
I dig it too.
THF!
