Guys,
i'm thinking of pulling the trigger on new Grizl, but i'm torn between sizes.
I'm 178cm with 84cm inseam, and comfortably ride CAAD12 size "M" and Trek Procaliber size "M/L", however Canyon website says I should go for S. I never did own or was suggested an S bike from other manufacturers, it always was M or L.Please help while stock lasts. :)

I suggest getting the stack and reach of the caad12 and checking that against Grizl. M isn't a caad size so which frame?
My mate was happy on a M at 180.

54 is my frame size for CAAD12

Can you Canyon buy two sizes and return the one you don’t like?

Given you run shorter stem on grizl. Looks like S would be close to the caad. This assumes fit on the cadd is good.
- NB I assume no responsibility for a internet fit. This thread is a meme. Check for yourself.

@Kreddy Put your faith in the Canyon sizing tool.
Their sizing and offroad geo is a bit nuts if you try and apply knowledge and learnings from other normal road builds. I'm 180cm tall, was recommended, bought and ride a 'small' size Inflite - despite being a solid medium 54 in every other bike I've owned, it's perfect.

Depends on what you want to achieve. I like larger frames off-road.

Stonks? Buy Grails now. If you own Grail: hodl.
Hoverbar Canyons will join Lefty Cannondales as prestige, collected models. Absolute Deloreans.

Anyone have a Stayer Groadinger here? Just wondering how you find it etc.

Nice! What is the headtube badge?
I'm currently in the process of ordering a carbonda 1056 and looking at a similar paint job with a custom headbadge.

I own an endurace AND have an XC MTB as 'gravel' bike. What do I win for being ahead of the curve constantly?

Haha, it’s just the cable guides taped to the head tube! My friend thought I had fashioned a cat face from matches.
Current plan is to put a sparkly PBAS sticker on it.
In other news @amey - I can get the front mech low enough to retouch the 46t ring so I assume it will be fine. Although my 105 4iii just touches the seat stay on the nds.
I’m going to try and add a bb spacer to make it clear. Not sure if it’s really stupid as there will be less engagement where the crank clamps the spindle. -

Haha! I also thought it was some sort of cat
Glad to see this thread is back on form. That 24 hours of non-activity really scared me
