Had my AZ jab today. Quite a good process really, wander in, show invite, passport and social security card, get a zone to go and sit in. They call you up, doctor explains (in language of your choice) what the side effects may be and how to manage them then gives you to a nurse. She whacks the needle in and sends you for a 15 min sit in a sports hall. They then send you out of the door with a box of masks. Slight temperature so far, feels like a very mild cold.
Also went and had a covid test right after as I am traveling to France for a couple of days on Thursday. 59 euros, same day result.
Next week the govt here is starting to give people boxes of self-test kits so that anyone going into offices can be tested and can also use them to go to restaurants and bars.
