The RICS says any kind of cladding shouldn't be an issue if it covers less than 1/5th the total building, but we'll just have to wait and see.
Yeah I saw that and our building is 13% but the surveyor I spoke to said because it's on more than 25% of elevations it might be tricky, there is some ambiguity in the wording I think.
