Normally I will just hit them and see how far I can go. If I do a week or two and seem to be failing everything I might turn it down, but it depends how far through the sessions I'm making it and if it's improving. Gotta also go in acknowledging outside stress. This is why I've moved on to the LV plan, because I've got too much other shit going on to do daily SS sessions.
Yeah. It's not an unreasonable amount given my training history so I see no reason to dismiss it, at least until I fail two weeks of subsequent workouts ;).
But I'm only doing LV plan this year, not HV SS, so I have more time to recover in theory (unless I go and smash myself on gravel/mtb in the 'off' days).
