Yeah. It's not an unreasonable amount given my training history so I see no reason to dismiss it, at least until I fail two weeks of subsequent workouts ;).
But I'm only doing LV plan this year, not HV SS, so I have more time to recover in theory (unless I go and smash myself on gravel/mtb in the 'off' days).
FTP up 15w?
Mine went up similarly this week but I rejected it and I’m going to go halfway and test again in a few weeks. The thought of doing workouts at what is 5% higher for me didn’t exactly fill me with glee.
