That could make sense, but as I have a lathe I am not tooo worried about making a custom press fit bearing solution.
I think the manufacturing side of things is manageable. My main worry is getting the geometry right. There is sooooo much talk and opinions when it comes to test suspension that it is impossible to navigate with 3km of riding experience.

I swear I've seen someone build a single pivot mtb using a hollowtech BB as the main pivot bearing. Can't find it for the life of me now but that would be pretty rad here.
