    Salbutamol was, in 2012 as today, permitted up to 1600μg per 24h by inhalation, without the need for a TUE. What's behind the paywall on that story? I'm not aware of anybody ever getting a TUE to use more salbutamol in competition than everybody can use without one. There is, and was in 2012, a mechanism for an athlete to demonstrate that an AAF for salbutamol was not an ADRV, but it doesn't involve a TUE, either prospective or retrospective.
