Quechua, but to be fair they're not fully rigid but enough for crampons so all purpose rather than technical mountaineering. Have had them up to 5,200 metres though

I really wish I had some hybrids like that. 10mi approaches are no fun with rigid boots on. Have been eyeing up a pair of lightweight La Sportivas half crampon boots recently.
And then I remember it's unlikely I'll be back in the Alps while there's a pandemic on so whatever.
Are they Quechua or Simond?
