I think this is correct. Ten days with possibility of leaving quarantine after 5 if you pass a test.
Its worth keeping half an eye on the EU traffic lights because they take rate changes and trajectory into account. I assume the UK is doing the same but at least the EU are transparent about how they do it.
To check my understanding- we can go to France, with a fresh, negative PCR test, and as France is likely (?) to be Amber it will be 10 days at home upon return?
Do we think it’s likely that France will go to Red or Green by the end of June/early July?
