Track bikes all have drop bars and 700c wheels, and smaller adults seem to ride them fine. A few brands do Xs and xxs, what sort of price bracket are you looking at?

seen a Frog one but it’s very much a kids bike with crappy spec.
Islabikes for nippers have better spec., a Luath 700 Small might be a better fit for a 150cm adult than some XS "adult" bikes

My eldest rides a 700c 37cm forme calver cx bike and 140ish cm tall.

I'm 5'5" and ride an XS frame normally. No real issues but you wouldn't fit a saddle bag.

Canyon's smallest road and gravel bikes are 650b. I have one.

Drop-bar bikes for someone 5’0”. Is a XS frame with 700c wheels terminally compromised? Is there a 26” wheeled road / gravel bike available OTP? I’ve seen a Frog one but it’s very much a kids bike with crappy spec.
