Why the derailleur pulley? Thought you were using bar end shifters?

I'm running the same derailleur, indexed, with microShift Shimano MTB 11 speed bar ends. Works flawlessly.

@jimalex: Are you using the Dura-Ace bar ends? I guess that's a little more make shift.

Bike looks great by the way!
