I'm not saying it won't get used, I'm saying it will be caked in mud 90% of its life. My Tripster gets used regularly enough that I don't bother cleaning it so it spends most of the time looking like it was painted with mud and a custom paint job would be somewhat pointless. Actually while the wheels were off the missus cleaned my gravel bike so it's the cleanest its been for 6 months. The MTB is still caked in mud though.

1 or 2 midweek epping rides, a week in Scotland in July and Badlands. It will get used.
Also $110 custom paint.
I plan on riding it a lot. I ride with @giofox so I hope the paint will outlive his GRX.
Also, most of my bikes will sit in my house most of the time.
