It's hard so show so took photos in diff lights - the grey has a sparkle finish. I built it up with red accents (hubs, bar tape) and it looked mint.

Yeah I’ve just built one up, photos don’t do the sparkle finish justice, looks great in the flesh

You don't get money off for recognising the location in the photo.

I will point out the forks alone are £300 rrp and these are barely used. :)

Is this 50 or 53cm frame?

50 (Small) - just added geo chart above.

What front derailleur did you run with it. I read somewhere that you can't fit a Shimano 5800/6800. Sure that's not right? Would you consider posting to Wales? Does the Hope BB fit this frame?
-

Ran a Shimano 5801 (11spd braze on).
I think some of the older Aitheins you had to use a big boi chainring as the braze on was quite high up (limited to 52t!?). This one is fine.
Apart from the fact that all 11 speed front mechs are shit and 9 speed was the peak of technology, any braze on front mech will work fine.
Happy to post to anywhere in UK, with Parcelforce 48 insured.
EDIT: yes, hope BB will fit the frame - BSA threaded.

I have one the the older ones Kinesis do state the minimum chainring of 52T on the older versions. Really nice frames these.

I'm trying not to notice that you run exactly the same saddle height as me and I'm looking for a project... aargh!!!

Price drop to £390. If this doesn't go by end of week will probably remove and build up for partner who is smaller and more flexible than me, and deserves a light bike.

Still available. Will be removed and /or for eBay later today now everyone on here has had a good look.

Now ended on here and listed you know where. :)
Kinesis Aithein (current model). Small frameset, lightly used. Up to 30mm clearance (tyre/rim dependent). Plus some parts as needed.
Columbus Futura full carbon fork.
Geo chart below. It's a Small/50, but equivalent to 53.5 - 54cm traditional.
Bought very end of 2019 as a summer bike - aimed to use Summer 2020. Had surgery in early 2020 and hardly used it!
Now can't ride a bike this size comfortably - it's not a super aggressive geometry actually (for a proper road bike) - they increased the stack and reduced the reach on this model as the previous were quite long and low. I am 5ft 9, 71cm saddle height and had it set up with approx 5cm saddle-bar drop, which is a fairly standard road set up.
It's the lightest bike I owned (sub 8kg with 105/Ultegra mix and 28/24 spoke wheels), though not a stupid light frame (Approx 1500g) - good for crits etc.
I briefly had a lighter alu frame that I didn't build up, and frankly I was scared of it.
Has done around 400-500 miles due to recovering from surgery over the summer. Around 8-10 summer rides.
I ran this with 28mm tyres with bags of clearance. It's made for standard drop brakes (e.g. Ultegra, Campy) with the pads at bottom of slots.
Frame, forks headset and basic 31.6 Boardman seatpost (if you need it - not pictured - good condition): £399 NOW £390 plus £25 postage
If you want the frameset for sure, plus any parts, dibs and PM me. Please don't PM me about parts separately - it's not worth my while photoing and listing lots of small parts til I've sold the big bits and would like to help someone with a build. I will list smaller parts once big bits gone.
Have some parts to help with build
Most parts can be included in frame box - larger may need sending separately.
