After dinner tonight I headed back down to the workshop and finished machining the hanger adaptor.
The feeds and speeds where much better the third time around, but finish is still not great. But that's alright. It will pass as artisanal...
Had a minor issue with the ball nose doing the nice rounded ramp. I forgot to set the tool height so it went a bit deeper than I'd like and alternated the shape. But as it is only cosmetic I let it slide...
