Only relevant thing I can think of is protected characteristics, and having kids dont seem to be clearly one of them, as long as theyre already born, and not on maternity leave anymore.
Age being one of them, people still advertise 60+ etc... its all really a matter of "will someone actually take me to court for this?". Reckon "no kids" is a lot more likely to fly under the radar than say "no X religion".
Does anybody know if it’s legal to advertise a rental property as ‘adults only - no kids’?
I don’t have kids but it has annoyed me to the point of wanting to scratch my eyes out.
